  This company is a scam! I spoke to reps being extremely rude and aggressive then threatened myself with calling police! I asked to speak to a manager her name was Anais! She dismissed everything and said all her colleagues were right so cancelled my booking! No complaints procedure I will be enquring into legal action against the firm for this! My lawyers team are preparing a case as we speak! See you in court!

  When I complained to the manager while in the endless queue, he said they were "sorry" that there are many clients and I should be patient--we should all be patient. The desk was occupied by only one (!!) lady for the first 1.5h that I was waiting, and she was smiling and taking her time with each client, clearly showing that she did not care at all that there was a queue. People were already sitting on the floor as it was moving SO slowly. Later, a second lady occupied the second desk, but it did not speed up the process much, and she took her own sweet time just like the other lady.

  I caught the contract myself. For the future: read with understanding. About contact with service: anything was good but I had complain but they fixed it. So when you can wait you will save money:-)

  I HAD TO WAIT AT THE DESK FOR 3 HOURS TO PICK UP MY CAR KEYS. Although I had already paid and put all information online into their booking system, so they literally just had to hand me the keys.

  When it was finally my turn, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the lady at the counter who (with a big smile) offered me a chocolate as compensation, as if that helped at all. Then she continued on to try to sell me several types of additional insurances, although I was already covered. I felt absolutely ripped off and not taken seriously at all as a customer. She took about 15 minutes to copy and type into her computer all my passport, driving license, and contact details although I had included them in my online reservation already--I have never seen such incredible inefficiency and lack of ability. Any sensible rental company would AT LEAST have offered some kind of compensation, be it an upgrade, extra insurance, extra day of rental, voucher, or anything at all! Nope, not them.

  If you fall,like us, for their quoted cheap prices ,- act dumb, sign nothing till you sign the agreement which shows no xtras charges & be sure to take photos of the car before leaving.

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this rental firm, it is not worth the few Euros you may potentially save. You will be disappointed. Taking the bus would be faster and more pleasant than renting from them.

  You can expect to be at the counter for 30 mins whilst the hard faced staff refuse to take no for an answer to their demands that you buy xtras insurance etc - this is in addition to the 1 hour long queue whilst every customer goes thru the same thing.

  We have been booking rental cars for over 40 years & this was worst ever experience with interrent at TFS.Car rental has become an increasing ordeal with a minefield of hard sell & hidden charges to navigate. My advice is " don't ever use them"

  Really would avoid. You think you are getting a good deal but the costs keep adding up once you get to the desk (which took over an hour itself for some unknown reason as there were only three people waiting but by the time I got my car there were over 15!) Their is a ridiculous cleaning charge for "outside and in" surely this should be part of the price? Plus an 8 euro a day charge for the assurance that you will get a replacement car if it decides to explode on the highway, which given the quality of the cars, isn't too far fetched. The people who worked their were friendly but this is the only positive. I WOULD NOT HIRE FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. the overall cost was double my expected costs
